Clear Rate Communications, LLC provides Clear Rate Messenger to authorized customers and users for business messaging.

Information we process

We process your Microsoft account identifier and email address for authentication, your provisioned business telephone number, messaging content and attachments, delivery information, and technical records needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, route and display messages, provide notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot service issues, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to deliver telecommunications, hosting, authentication, security, and support functions, or when legally required. Records are retained according to customer requirements, operational needs, and applicable law.

Your choices

You can disable browser notifications, sign out, or ask your organization to remove your access. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion may be sent to privacy@clearrate.com.
